Service Center

We have one of the largest factory authorized service facilities on the east coast.  Our Service Engineers are factory trained with over 135 years of combined repair and maintenance experience.  We have state of the art test equipment to facilitate efficient and timely repairs.  Our Service Engineers receive regular continuing education so they can keep pace with the ever-changing technology.

We offer customized maintenance contracts to fit the specific needs of organizations of all sizes.  A comprehensive preventative maintenance package can be designed that provides regularly scheduled on-site service which includes all labor and parts over an extended period of time saving the client hourly charges associated with normal and rush repairs.  Most comprehensive service agreements are the equivalent of having your own on-call engineer.

Field Engineering
On-site services during business hours of 9am-5pm, holidays excluded.  Portal-to-portal travel is charged with two-hour minimum.

In-Shop Service
Repair and maintenance services performed during business hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, holidays excluded.

Service Desk
Contact us through this website or call for an appointment, equipment pick up/drop off or job status between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, holidays excluded.
